How I clean your windows

The same careful steps on every visit, whether it's a café door or a whole house.

  1. Step 1

    Look it over

    Before I start, I check frames, seals and door lettering, and point out any chips or cracks that are already there.

  2. Step 2

    Scrub

    A soft scrubber and gentle soap loosen fingerprints, pollen, road film and everything else on the glass.

  3. Step 3

    Squeegee

    A professional squeegee pulls the water off in smooth, overlapping passes, so nothing is left behind to streak.

  4. Step 4

    Detail the edges

    A lint-free cloth catches drips along the edges and corners, where most streaks like to hide.

  5. Step 5

    Final check

    I wipe the frames and sills, then look at the glass from a few angles in the light before I leave.

What does it cost?

Every building is different, so I give you one flat price per visit after a free look at your windows. No per-pane math. The price depends on how many windows you have, whether you want the inside done too, and how often.

When do you clean?

For businesses, outside your business hours: early before you open, or after you close. For homes, on a day and time that works for you.

Do I need to be there?

Not for outside glass. If you want the inside cleaned too, we'll pick a time when someone is there to let me in.

How will I hear from you?

However you like. Some clients want a text and a photo after every visit; others only want to hear from me if something needs attention. Just tell me your preference.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Busy business entrances usually look best weekly or every two weeks, and offices often do well monthly or quarterly. Most homes are happy with spring and fall, or quarterly. I'm glad to suggest what fits.

How do the discounts work?

Regular schedules cost less per visit: weekly saves 30%, every 2 weeks 25%, monthly or quarterly 20%, and spring & fall 10%. New clients on a monthly-or-more-often schedule also get their third cleaning free, and referrals earn free cleanings. See all offers and terms.

What if it rains?

Light rain usually isn't a problem. If the weather would ruin the result, I'll reach out and we'll move your clean to the next good day.

Is it safe for door lettering and decals?

Yes. I work carefully around vinyl lettering, decals and hours signs.

How do I pay?

You'll get an invoice after each visit, due on receipt. Pay by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. Regular business clients can choose one invoice a month instead.
